    FAQs

    Before entering the wash, fold in your mirrors and retract or remove any antenna that does not automatically retract. When guided into the wash, place your vehicle in neutral, turn off your wipers, keep your hands off the wheel, and take your foot off the brake. The wash takes about 3 minutes and is not touch-free. Trucks are welcome as long as they are under 7'2" tall, and truck beds must be completely empty or securely covered. Low-profile wheels, soft-top Jeeps, convertibles, and even vehicles with cracked windshields can all go through the wash safely.

    • What should I know before entering the wash?

      Before entering, fold in your mirrors, retract your antenna, or remove any antenna that does not retract. When directed onto the conveyor, place your vehicle in neutral, keep your hands off the wheel, turn your wipers off, and take your foot off the brake. Our wash is not touch-free, and the full wash takes about 3 minutes. Trucks are welcome as long as they are under 7'2" in total height, and truck beds must be completely empty or securely covered. Low-profile wheels are safe, and we can wash soft-top Jeeps, convertibles, and vehicles with cracked windshields.

    • Can you wash dually trucks?

      Unfortunatly no, dual wheeled trucks do not fit on our conveyor.

    • What is the vehicle height limit?

      We can wash vehicles as tall as 7' 2"

    • Does frequent washing damage my vehicle’s finish

      No. Professional car washes that use proper chemistry, wax, and clear coat protection are designed to help protect your vehicle’s finish, not harm it. Regular washing can actually help remove dirt, pollen, bugs, and other buildup that may wear on your exterior over time.

    • With the recent price increase, will membership rates increase as well?

      Yes. Our goal is to provide more value, a better clean, better chemistry and and better experience for our car washers. For examples... we're adding a self prep station!

    • What types of payment do you accept?

      We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex AND Apple Pay, Samsung/Android Pay.

    • Do you accept Apple Pay?

      Yes! And Samsung / Android pay. I know we already said that above, but we get asked a lot and wanted to make it easy to find. :)

    • Who should be contacted regarding donation requests?

    • How do I enroll in a membership, family plan, or fleet account?

      You can apply directly at the site by speaking to one of our team members.
